We are very excited to announce that we offer free shipping worldwide to over 200 countries! There are a few countries which we cannot ship to but if this happens we will let you know and refund you. 

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

LOST/MISSING PARCELS

Carty’s Neons are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during checkout. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we are at fault we will of course take responsibility and find a resolution.
